Initiate Your Request
Log into your FarmBot account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Carefully disassemble your FarmBot components and pack them securely in their original packaging, ensuring all sensors, tools, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the electronic integrity of the returned components, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
